  Bought 2 encoders from them. When I asked if they were in working order, they assured me they were good. After purchasing they did not ship them right away. When I received them I immediately installed them and found one of them not working. I contacted them and sent pictures of the failure. They offered me a 20% discount. Told them this was unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
