  I received the black cat coaster and it was broken in several places, the head completely separate and legs off. I tried to contact EBay and the seller without success. The seller only gives numbers and the packaging had no return contact . I need to have contact with someone but am getting zero response. As this was for a gift I would like a replacement asap. I also have a grey cat coaster, ordered separately but at the same time, still to be delivered. Could you please resolve this asap.
