    The item is great - exactly as described/pictured. My only issues were with the postage and communication from the seller. The item shouldn't have been marked as sent if it wasn't in stock and actually sent. Also my message to the seller wasn't replied to until I got eBay involved. The express postage initiated by the seller did get the item to me hours before I flew out for my holiday but it would have been great if the original delivery date was actioned (3 days before my departure day).

    The item was exactly the same as the module in my laptop, virtually plug and play. A few days of testing to be sure there is no faults or problems on the ram and I am satisfied with it all now. The seller was very prompt in the dispatch and use of delivery method, well packaged and even though I could have driven there and back in less than a working day, driving could have been more expensive in many ways, a few days to cross the city was worth it for peace of mind.
