The derailleur is exactly as described and arrived in factory Shimano packaging. Shipping took about 4 days. This was the 2nd item I ordered from 365 Cycles in a week and both items arrived in pristine brand new condition. I've included a pic of the derailleur and cassette installed, both were purchased from this seller. FYI the copper clutch housing on the derailleur was done by me.

the cassette is exactly as described. it arrived in Factory Shimano packaging and in pristine condition. Shipping was relatively fast taking about 4 days. The order shipped out on the same day that i placed my order. The cassette and derailleur in my picture were both purchased from this seller on two separate orders. The derailleur did not have the copper clutch housing, I customized that.
