    Part came really well shipped with plenty to ensure the original box was delivered in good shape, box contains all items like manuals and sticker etc... seller contacted me before the package arrived to make sure everything was good. It took 22 days for the shipment to arrive to my country in LATAM which is a bit over the median but its not the sellers fault. I would buy from them again.

    Great seller! Couldn’t get the WTB rocket saddle in the UK at the moment so I stumbled across this seller on here. Saddle arrived very quickly, shipping information was great and speedy.     I checked with the seller before buying since the product description mixed two different sizes (PN was for 30mm spindles, description was for 24mm spindles). I bought it based on the confirmation received but I still got the wrong part (needed 24, got 30). However, seller was super responsive pre and post sale and issued an immediate refund. I have purchased from 365 Cycles before and would not hesitate to do so again. Taking off a star due to the mixed up description (which still exists).
