    Great seller! Ran into a minor issue with the original box that didn't ship with the watch. I communicated my concerns and was pleasantly surprised that they bent over backwards to resolve the issue quickly, and without any hesitation. I would recommend this seller to anyone, they do great business!

    Item sent completely different from photo. Seller incompetent and does not realize that Luminox has a narrow and a wide band and rather than do a return for their error in their image attached they want to blame the buyer who purchased the item listed in the photo. Awful seller. Beware.

    Buyer submitted a false claim! Item description and photo were as described in our listing per Manufacturer’s description! Listing clearly stated width of watch band and stated “Returns Not Accepted” The Buyer was very rude and abusive threatening to submit very negative feedback if we did not accept his return, which he did even though we accepted his fraudulent return! This Buyer has been reported and blocked from our site! Beware of this abusive Buyer!!!
