    The item shipped faster than promised. The packaging was as shown, then bubble wrapped and put on a pallet for extra security. No dents, dings, or scratches. The only slight issue I had was that Fex Ex wanted to charge an extra $199 for a lift gate truck to deliver as I don't have a dock at my house. (freight shipping?) Since it was a small refrigerator I was able to arrange to pick up at the Fed Ex doc so ended up ok. (they allowed me to take off pallet and cut off pkg so it would fit in my SUV

    I held off on this as long as I could. It is now time to share my experience. The oven arrived in an acceptable timeframe, well packaged. Upon unpacking, I realized the oven door was dented, though I was assured by Gabriel that the oven had no blemishes. After several attempts at getting advice from Gabriel on how to proceed (return, get me a replacement part), he told me that he would "file a claim" and send me the part needed. That was on February 1, 2025. Ebay has been entirely useless.

While we awaited your part from the manufacturer, the chargeback YOU initiated with your credit card company prompted eBay to instruct us to pause shipment of your part and refunds. We wish you had been able to exercise patience, as we believe the outcome would have been much better. Nonetheless, we issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate your understanding and wish you well.
