  Item when plugged in emitted a burning electrical smell. I asked for return shipping and seller surly stated that while I could return it by EBay policy I had to pay shipping to return it. So I did. $13. Well, seller confirmed that when return arrived it sparked and stank for an hour before it stopped sparking and stinking. Name an air freshener that does that. And name a buyer who would leave an electrical device doing that plugged in. I do now know a seller who would.

  Buyer did not open Ebay Return Case and shipped item back directly without opening a case. I feel bad for this buyer, if he/she/they would have opened a return case with Ebay this buyer would have been more satisfied with the process. This is a good lesson for other buyers to simply click on purchases and select return and select reason for return. Ebay treats buyers very well when they utilize return process by opening a case.
