    The product is great and the seller was very responsible with excellent communication throughout the issue. However, the experience with Team Global Express was absolutely unacceptable. They delivered the package to the wrong address, provided no proof of delivery until days later, and caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I had to personally track down the parcel and recover it myself! This courier is extremely unreliable and careless — avoid them if you can!
