  Goods not in stock as per listing. Seller advised item was damaged and not able to be shipped. After delivery date expired, requested a refund and this was approved by Ebay, and promptly made by seller. After receipt of refund, the items were still listed as available by the seller. l disapprove of this seller's business model. There are multiple buyers with identical feedback, so a common issue. No intention of being a return buyer.
