    Seller informed us and advertised the massager was brand new and box never opened. None of this was true or accurate. The sad reality is the massager is older and visibly dirty. The box inside had no packaging or instructions included which ALL new products come with. The worst part is that the seller wasn't even cooperative with us when contacted and kept coming up with one senseless response after another. This seller is a LIAR and we were surprised because his feedback on his account was good
