Item is not wood as stated in description, it is plaster and it was not wrapped carefully in packaging with tape before it was placed in a box that was too small for its width, and with four pieces of broken styrofoam rolling around inside. Seller did not apologize and came off as being very rude. I am still waiting for my prepaid return label, which is scary in itself, because I do not trust this seller to provide refund, due to the sheer display of unprofessionalism
