Tried to charge extra $35 postage even though all their listings state Australia wide delivery. 2 weeks ago I ordered and even though they up loaded shipping details it HAS NOT been received by the shipping company AND HAS NOT BEEN SENT. I stated that if they could not honour their listing to give me a full and immediate refund, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT DONE. I'm unsure if they are scammers, taking the piss or just completely incompetent...probably all 3. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Received mats as ordered and they are perfect thankyou. Although you sent the correct tracking number at no time could i actually track my mats through EBay which is why I thought you had not sent them. All in all it is a good product but would not buy again.
