Warnung für Nicht-UK-Kunden vor horrenden Rücksendekosten! Ich kaufte anhand eines Bildes von Lincrafts ein Stofftier zum Sammeln, war nach dem Auspacken von Farbe und Erscheinungsbild des Fells aber enttäuscht. Die Rücksendung nach UK hätte 22 Euro gekostet. Aussage Lincrafts: "generell keine Kostenbeteiligung bei Rücksendegrund "gefällt nicht" und wenn Paket geöffnet".
Kommunikation am Ende sehr unhöflich, sogar mit Einschüchterungsversuch betreffend "Ware entspricht nicht der Beschreibung".
