Unfortunately the movie arrived loose in the case. DVD has scratches!

The dvd was new and never opened. The disc probably came loose during shipping , which would cause the scratches. Something I cannot control. This dvd is all region,which is not the best quality. Region1 is the best. They are not available outside the U.S.
