    After issues with delivery due to courier, I was issued a refund. Subsequently the product arrived. I notified the seller and was issued an invoice for payment. Great communication, and the seller genuinely tried to resolve an issue beyond their control. Product was as described, packaged well.

    Dresser is quite good/good value. However poor communication and shipping, 1 box went missing for a while, wrong carrier shown on ebay so could not track item (showed Hunter Exp but they shipped via Kinisi). Emailed seller however they did not respond until the item arrived a few days later so I had no idea if item was delayed/lost or not shipped. Carrier told them I received it and used my name as receiving it, however they just dropped it and left (did not even ring doorbell).

    The seller is trash. I ordered the item for the wrong address on the 30th and asked for a cancellation or an address adjustment. He ignored my message and rejected my cancellation then proceeded to on the 31st to send my item through delivery. Garage. Unprofessional, and disgusting. Please do not buy from here. They are greedy for money and just don't care for you and your items

    Oz-Auction sell a lot of goods on ebay and logistically, it must be difficult to manage. I did have 1 of 3 packages go missing and they responded well and communicated well and the missing package was delivered. The wardrobe itself is good value for money I think. One thing I suggest you must do, is bracket the wardrobe to the wall on top. Bracketing will make it very safe and provide the rigidity that it needs.
