Unfortunately it could not be fixed remotely so they sent me the packing slip to return it to them. This meant I did not have to pay for the return. After checking it they refunded me within a day. Thank you so much. Even though I did not get the iPad I very much appreciated the customer service and support from them. I would highly recommend them.
