  This seller pretends to be in & post from Sydney which is why I purchased this item way more expensive than from china. But these shipped from the Netherlands & arrived in an Amazon package. These were required urgently for a repair job & I searched for Australia only. Never again. EBay should check & confirm where sellers are from. I contacted seller & told him I would post negative, no reply. Spent $43 instead of better for $16 because advertised AUSTRALIA SHIPPING.

  It may seem odd to give a positive review when I haven't received the item. I already own one of these so I ordered another one here. I was disappointed to then discover they are out of stock and it would be a couple of months before I get one. Why the positive then? I judge a company not so much by what they do right, unless it's something special, but how they handle an issue. This was handled beautifully - an email explaining the situation and offering a full refund. Great communication.
