I ordered these bobbins and was subsequently contacted by Tom at ARRACING to say that they were out of stock and that they would need to contact their suppliers. There was some delay in obtaining these items but Tom was great in keeping me informed of the status of my order, and offering a full refund if I desired. He let me know when the items were being posted. They arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and fitted perfectly. Great customer service!
