  Thanks Ebay for your Buyer Protection Policy and subsequent refund - this company is deplorable and one of the worst I have dealt with - non existent communication, failed to deliver or keep me informed on why the item may be delayed - for something that should have taken a week to be delivered it still didn't arrive after weeks - def be telling all my friends to steer clear of this company - but reality is that based on their current business practices they will probably go broke soon anyway...
