    Bought and paid for on the 27.2.25, should have been delivered on the 6.3.25, but the reality is, it was not dispatched until the 6.3.25 after I questioned where it was. Not delivered until the 18.3.25 !! Also, the item was damaged before it was wrapped and dispatched, the whole experience with this seller is not good.

    The statement is not correct. We have shipped on time. If DHL (strike) and customs take a little longer to process it, we can't do anything about it. We certainly don't ship any damaged goods. If it's damaged in transit, you have to claim it and not just rate it negatively. We don't ship goods that are damaged! We take care of every customer and always help. There is always a solution to a problem!!!

    The statement I made is 100% correct, unless you are calling me a liar ?? My only surprise is you didnt blame Brexit, like you do to other UK buyers ! The item was damaged before it was wrapped and sent, you must think buyers are stupid.
