    El vendedor envió un Samsung Galaxy A15 5G que no es compatible con Tracfone. En la descripción no menciona que es de Walmart Family Mobile. Me comunique con Walmart y ellos me dicen que el teléfono no fue escaneado en la tienda. Procedo a llamar a Tracfone y no pueden hacer nada tampoco.

    Es extraño, porque esta es la primera queja de este tipo. Hemos vendido muchas. Además, ofrecimos devolución garantizada gratuita, pero parece que la compradora quería que le enviáramos otro dispositivo sin intención de devolver el anterior. Lamentamos que no esté satisfecho.

    Paid $57 for overnight shipping got the item 3 days later and was in very bad condition with deep scratch that wasn't even mentioned!

    Guy tries to buy item. We tell him his timeline is too tight. He ignores and goes ahead to buy item. We go out of our way to ship BUTbecause he purchases item last minute and fedex dont do priority overnight deliveries on Saturday, he comes back seeking refund for the shipping. Listing mentions item has scratch at top right. Buyer tries to bully us into refund and threatens us. We ask that he returns device if he is unhappy. REFUSES TO RETURN BECOS HE KNOWS ITS A DEAL. Leaves negative feedback!
