Product is great but a lapse in understanding led to speech marks being included on the engraving, although I only used speech marks to show the seller what I wanted engraved. Seller responded to me, apologised and admitted they should've asked. But it's been radio silence since. Product was promptly shipped but I would urge the seller to revise their method of getting messages off people to avoid this happening again.
