  The item was just as described and pictured. Brand new factory original equipment in sealed packaging. Original quality as came with my Viper remote starter. If purchased directly from the manufacturer, it would have cost me $180 with tax and shipping, so the $106 with tax and free shipping that I paid is a terrific bargain for the exact same remote. The USPS shipping was very fast, also and the item was protected in a padded envelope. I highly recommend the seller and would buy from them again.

  Button arrived super fast. It worked as it should. My only real complaint is that it was not packaged as shown which makes me wonder if it had not been returned from another customer. Let me say I found no real evidence of that appeared new. But was in a plastic bag so made me wonder but at the end of the day it worked and did what it was supposed to do!

  They are always NEW unless stated otherwise. This is the way we receive them from the manufacturer. As for the package shown? Thank you, that is our listing images, we don't show any packaging on that listing as remote controls arrive wrapped up in a thin bag. I assume you have trust issues, as a $40 remote from a 14,000+ 100% feedback eBay store that is almost here for 20 years... we have you covered
