    I’m excited to leave this five star rating. I would leave a 10 star rating. If it won’t allow me they were easy to work with delivered on time. Packaging was incredible. The appliance works fantastic and the pricing was reasonable. If you want my advice, I would definitely recommend for anyone to try to use this company. They will not let you down But most of all.     No problem with the fine product offered but ZERO communication. Excessive shipping cost was the main culprit. $28.49 to send a 1 pound bubble wrap item via UPS. I can do retail at the post office for half that amount. I asked twice about it with no response. Also, they are a broker apparently for other companies. They did not provide tracking until the other business did so. How can I leave a positive? Aggravation does not merit a positive.
