    Changed to positive feedback as most of the issues have been resolved. Ram is showing 20GB instead of the advertised 24GB. but was told it was an OS issue. BIOS displays 20GB however so not sure. Charger arrived damaged. No response as of yet when replacement charger will arrive yet. Will update when received.
