I bought three caps in 3 transactions. The seller rolled them up into one package and paid postage or a letter. it was too thick for a letter. I had to drive 10 Km to the post office to pay an extra $9.75.
Today the seller wrote that it is not their problem - they have told the post not to charge moe then they have paid AND THE POST DID NOT LISTEN.. What kind off business am i dealing with???They do not know the correct postage --and I have to pay more then the goods are worth!!

According to your private comment, you had to drive 10 kilometers. We already informed you that sometimes the package will be delivered to your address, but other times you will need to pick it up from the post office. Yes, I did say that it wasn't my responsibility because I had already done my part and the post office took care of the rest; however, they made mistakes, as I previously mentioned, and even though we had the correct number of stamps for Postage,
