The item (a violin) was carefully packaged in its case with bubble wrap inside and outside the case as well as in a box covered with bubble wrap for extra protection.   Unfortunately the watch didn't work as described. The seller was responsive and professional when I informed her that the watch was not in working order. I was offered a 50% refund but I opted for a return and full refund, the seller was graceful and obliged. Overall an unfortunate but positive experience.
