  In all the years of buying online I don't think I've ever experienced better service. Posted quickly but the courier didn't deliver and then lost the parcel. I contacted Ad-Tec and spoke to Amy who was absolutely incredible, she dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally. These guys could teach other companies on how to deal with customer issues in a heart beat. Also the product I received was spot on, considering the price (being lower than other brands). Will be back. 10 stars.
