    Excellent seller genuine Dell laptop battery as described purchased Saturday 10-5 mailed Monday 12-5, and sent by Express Post and labelled correctly for road transport only, however no thaks to the incompetence of Australia Post It was sent by air to Brisbane Airport and then sent back to Melbourne and then over to Perth WA and then onto Arundel Gold Coast and then onto Redbank and then onto Chermside which is several KMS from Ferny Hills and finally to the correct address. No thanks to AP.

    The unit arrived on time and well packed. However it did not work and I am still waiting for a replacement. The seller has advised that they will provide a replacement or refund if both units are faulty. The transaction has been a little confusing as I do not know whether seller did not receive email or there has been a mixup.Although the item is described as new there is nothing I can find on battery to indicate manufacturing date. Maybe old stock.
