  Shipping was super fast, item arrived as described and mostly pretty clean. Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!

  Chair was refurbished well and looks great. Shipping was costly considering it was not packaged well. This would be my only feedback for seller, package the chair better. It was shipped and arrived with a missing bolt. Seller was responsive and sent a replacement, couldn’t use the chair until it arrived. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.

  When the Desk Mover arrived, the box looked like it had been through hell and was dented, crushed, etc. with several holes in it - no thanks to FedEx handling. The item arrived in the original factory packaging that Dayton (a Grainger company) uses and although the factory attempts to pack the item well, with nylon zip ties and solid foam block protection, the cardboard box is simply not rugged enough to ship this kind of heavy item IMHO. I was lucky my item managed to somehow arrive undamaged.
