I tried working with this seller. I ordered this vest on the 20th of Oct 2023. It was 500.00 GPB, which was said to be 580. US. There were hidden fees, as well. I was charge 749.17. Yes I got the vest on the 4th of Nov 2023, except there was no COA or sticker as posted in the item description. They said, I should have received an email telling me this. I DID NOT. I received it today, but it is not signed by Andrew Kleek and the numbers can't be found on the certification website. Total BS

The buyer was upset as he incurred import tax costs but we shipped the item through the ebay global seller programme which we then do not get involved with or have no control. We emailed him to say we had ran out of certs but one would follow in the post which we posted, we fully informed the customer of this and it followed a week later. No justification for a negative feedback, his grief is mainly with ebay not us, and the cert followed as stated in our commuincation.
