    Seller misrepresented this item and has not responded to request for refund. She sold it as a 2" drain size, and shipped a 1 1/2". She also said it had new packaging, but the flange necessary for installation had been ground off. Wrong size and useless anyway. I had to pay an extra $20 to send it back. The photo she used to sell this is not a photo of what she sent. I have photos to demonstrate all this but they are on my phone and not on this tablet.

    All I received was an empty envelope. I contacted the seller. They said they shipped the item in an envelope, but evidently it fell out during shipment. The seller said there’s nothing they can do for me. I contacted the post office. They can’t do anything unless they find it, I need a refund.

    You can clearly see where the nuts were inside the envelope. I shipped them in a timely manner. I have no control over the postal system. I did try to reach out and find out where the item was and I filed a lost item claim.
