    A happy end to a protracted saga. It was not the fault of the seller who were great to communicate with and very generous in handling the problem. The issue was the phone I bought would not turn on or charge straight out of the box. After talking to the seller the phone was returned express post and a replacement was to be sent. A refund for the postage was credited back to me immediately which I did not expect. Aus Post lost the returned phone but the replacement was sent anyway. WOW service!
