    I'm very sorry to hear that the item did not arrive well. I do assure you that every game I send out I double check before it is shipped to make sure everything is secured properly. Unfortunately I cannot control how the package is handled once it is dropped off at the post office. Also I would be happy to have a conversation about how to make this rite as this is the first I am hearing of this issue. Thank you

    The box looks like a dog got a hold of it lol, the disc was floating around. Like the center insert lock for disc was broken. It's cool, the disc looks fine and uploaded promptly. Good price for a good game, thanks!

    My apologies for the disc being loose and the case condition. I'm wondering if there was an issue in transit. When it left here the disk was tight and the case was fine? Thank you again for your order and feedback!
