  I have purchased this item from you for more than 2yrs and always received it promptly, in 2-3 days. Fast post is one of the reasons I buy from you as I need it asap. Unfortunately, this took 13 days from payment to arrive. When I asked you the 2nd time if you could check where it was, you were rude and blunt in your response saying 'I gave you the tracking number last time'. That was not what I asked. You replied to 2 of my 3 questions. Treat your customers with respect, I will now be moving on

  Hi Kim, We always use the fastest possible freight and that's why you get our products quick. But we can not control Australia Post. AND we don't know where the product is. all we can see is it's on the way, till you get it. That's not being rude at all. All the best !!!
