  The customer communications and service has been fantastic. Delivery time was brilliant, packaging of the first unit was not adequate. There were issues with two mirror units for a vw t5.1, sadly these could not be resolved but with the feedback, communication and information I provided hopefully these issues can be resolved. The product was very good value if it was fully functional. Appearance was as new. Quality issues are letting this provider down as their customer service is first class.

  Cannot recommend these guys enough - they are fantastic communicators and are happy answering any questions…they even checked my car details to ensure the part would fit before proceeding with the sale, which was a nice touch. Delivery was fast and good value (next day delivery), and the part arrived well packaged, secured and in new condition. The part itself is excellent quality (like brand new) and looks great on my car - will definitely be using them again!

I had an issue with the mirror folding in ( very stiff ) contacted spares hut and went through the process of it being very stiff and my concern of possible damage, spares hut assured me if that happened a replacement would be sent out the next day.   Looks and feels good, only time will tell if they're going to last. I can say that my experience with 'Spares Hut' was AAA* I messaged them for confirmation that the item was correct for my car and in 8 minutes they messaged back agreeing that they were indeed correct. The well packaged, undamaged items did arrive the next day. A really positive experience which is not always the case with other sellers. Thank you.

  I wasn't sure if I'd ordered the correct mirror and went to cancel the order but it had already been dispatched. Communication was great and they couldn't have been more help checking what I'd ordered against the reg.no. As it turned out it was spot on so no need to return the item. Anyway top marks for customer service and delivery was really quick as well. Highly recommended supplier.
