Paid for Express Postage, was not delivered on time, and seller would not refund the amount saying I was in a remote location because I am located in South Australia, outer suburbs. I appealed to them and no luck - they used a Courier I have never heard of and then blamed me for it being late. 5 🌟 on product, 2 🌟 on postage, 1 🌟 on the seller.

    I'm usually always satisfied. But strangely, I talked to the seller before ordering. You can't choose 2 different types in the options. We previously agreed in correspondence that I would get different types, but in the end I got 2 identical ones. I also prefer to receive a parcel home, and without signatures on receipt, it is not always possible to visit the mail to pick up the parcel. Let's just say I'm happy I finally got my order, but I couldn't be satisfied with everything unfortunately.
