We also disagree with your comment on our "slow" response, as a review of our messages show we replied to all of your inquiries within 90 minutes. We noted your feedback regarding the packing method, and forwarded this to the manufacturer, but after an analysis the change you suggested is impractical due to time, shipping & storage constraints.
