    Worst experience buying off eBay. Filter that was sent was a generic brand not the same as pictured (rotary) and was sent in a stens branded body. Also the filter had surface rust on it which would have gone through the hydraulic system. Was told they would send the correct one but seller didn’t after two weeks So returned item and got a refund. Will not purchase from this seller.

    I ordered & paid for 3 chainsaw chains in one transaction from this site, it was processed & sent quickly by seller & arrived within 4 days. Fantastic. Problem was only 1 of 3 chains arrived. I followed up with seller, they apologised for error & inconvenience & they will rectify & send other 2 chains ASAP. Now approaching 7 days since contact from seller & I have had no correspondence/ indication that I will receive what I paid for. Really disappointed, 0 stars, don't buy from these scammers
