    Hi, I purchased a landing net handle from this eBayer two weeks ago and it still has not been delivered even though I sent a message to them complaining about the long delay in despatching it. I cannot recommend this seller. I will not be buying from them again. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this transaction.

    Contacted seller many times on non delivery but seller only responded when I said I would get EBay involved. Said he hadn’t got the item I ordered but offered me an alternative which I agreed but I said tell me when you have shipped it - no response. Got eBay involved and asked them to ask the buyer for a full refund this has now happened This is the first time I have give anyone a negative on eBay but it was due to pure frustration

    Terrible seller beware‼️‼️ The item has not arrived 3 weeks later and longer and I had to get eBay involved as they did not respond. If you want an item that actually arrives I suggest that you don't buy from here. By far the worst customer experience I have ever had.

    This is incorrect. You have not sent a single message before opening a case. You have received a response in the case with the requested information and the case was closed without refund, because the item is delivered within the promised timeframe.
