Arrived today, item as described but I would like to have seen it sent in much better packaging than a thin plastic shopping bag wrapped in sticky tape, even a padded mailer would've been a vast improvement! Also, the listing stated it would be sent via AusPost "Standard Parcel" but it was only sent as an untracked letter. Otherwise okay.

Item listed New Unsealed. Case arrived damaged. Contacted seller as item listing did not advise case was damaged nor did photo show damaged case. Item was not damaged in post. Seller’s response “50 times 2000 people understand the listing and read the listing, check the feedback people understand what their buying” and “also the bluray case not what I sent like that anyway”. He then accused me of having an attitude problem because it is my fault but refunded me $1. It’s not about the money!!
