  I have given three five stars for this transaction because the "item condition" was indeed "new", the shipping time was very good, and the relative rapidity with which I was able to negotiate a complete refund (I was first offered a lesser amount). For me, the issue was that the description of the items (both photo and text) was not anything like what was sent to me. I trust that in future the seller will be more careful when describing items they are selling.

  The bottle arrived in excellent condition, but the wrapping on the outside of the perfume box was not what I expected. It took way too long to get to me. When I ordered this perfume, I also ordered two others from the East Coast that arrived before this. The perfume is lovely and packed securely. I wish the seller had communicated with me about the delay. Then, I would have not had an issue
