    Item sold as new, which eBay states means unopened, however the package had previously been opened which was a little deceptive. The shipping time was fast and it was well packaged. The value was good and the part appears to be new just the packaging was previously opened indicating this was a returned item and not new, unopened as indicated in the sale.

    Received item and was in decent shape, new but had a few scratches on it that didn’t affect the performance of the item. Seller advertised at $779.99 or BEST OFFER, but when we went in and offered one of the preset amounts for the offer, seller countered with $769.99 ($10.00 off) and would not accept any other offer. Seller shouldn’t even put “or best offer” on there if he isn’t willing to accept anything lower…$10.00 off is not a counter offer. But item works.

    the shipment was prompt and the part was well packaged.The part was new but it had damage that made it not useable. The vendor acknowlrdged the issue and issued a full refund. The vendor was very cordial. I could not ask for any better service. I am sure I will use this vendor in the future.

    For shipping heater was well packed in multiple layers of cardboard. Original heater packaging was open but the washers were taped to outside. Heater looks a little banged up but the resistance reads fine. Know more when I install it. Price ok for condition. As described. Shipping was a week from Utah to Wisconsin with ground advantage.
