I told the seller many times that I didn`t want a refund but wanted the item I`d bought in good faith. Seller sends items untracked and uses this as an excuse to provide refund rather than item. Seller listing showed plenty of item stock available but price had increased by $30 after my order date. Without my permission seller provided refund not product. Despite multiple requests, you refused to close the case first. As we explained, our policy is not to resend while an eBay case is active, as in the past eBay has issued refunds automatically while replacements were already sent, leaving us unpaid. In fact, we only closed the case ourselves at the very last minute before eBay’s deadline, yet you still would not agree to close it beforehand. For this reason, we had no choice but refund.
