Total bait and switch! The collar is a total disappointment, the collar length is shorter than product image and the point to point width is ridiculous. The fabric is darker and thinner than image and has strong chemical smell too. So disappointed.

I was charged $54.55. Tried to return was never given printed return information only, purchase return ticket? UPS now tells me this item will cost over $100.00 to ship back to CHINA.
I have contacted my Credit Card. This dealer is a scammer and false advertising.
I request a full purchase price of $54.55 (( NOT THE $34.00 as agreed ) and let me know where to send these shoes.
