    Ordered item, it wasn't arriving I contacted Al's they blamed USPS even though it was never shipped. They said they would uber the part to me. That didn't happen instead shipped me a part I no longer needed. Said they gave me a $30 coupon I could use (so i wouldn't write this) code did not work. I messaged them and got crickets. It's too bad the owner died the business was well run when Al was around.

    These tools would probably work amazing if i had received them. A week and couldn’t get even one of the two separate items i ordered in the mail. Replies with don’t have a handle. How is it in stock if you don’t have the handle? Seller don’t reply in a timely manner nor try’s to make things right. Worst ebay experience with a company inside the States.

    I'm sorry for the USPS delays. Sometimes, they're great; other times… not so much We don't just blindly send packages and hope for the best—we track and monitor every shipment.We also had a one-day delay in receiving a shipment, and I apologize if that truly made this the "worst experience ever". Now, give me a K, give me an A, give me an R, give me an E, give me an N… What's that spell? I'll let you figure that out. 😉All jokes aside, we appreciate your business. Let us know if we can help.
