Impressed with the customer support, HDD order didn't dispatch correctly but they corrected the problem and made sure everything was made right. The drives passed SMART checks and only had 7 days(!) of spin time, all individually sealed in antistatic bags and boxes and wrapped in bubble wrap. A good example of how an initially bad experience was dealt with professionally making me more likely to be a repeat customer in the future. +++
