Not sure why Ebay allows them to continue to use the platform to scam buyers! They do not have the products they advertise and cancel orders after they have been received. They then relist the item at an inflated price. This is a bait to buy operation run out of China. How else would you get a 64% feedback! Their reason is incorrect, They could have resolved the address issues and still delivered the item. I have had other orders delivered to the address without issues for years. The product is a bait for getting customers to pay to increase their profile on ebay - but never delivering.
