    Printer was packaged well but apparently did not withstand the shipments handling. Upon receipt of the printer, the paper tray pull out was broke and the printer display was not allowing the user to utilize the machine. Printer pricing was reasonable had the printer performed as expected. Seller accepted the return of the unit and refunded the purchase. I would recommend the seller and I would purchase from the again.

    The item I received was different than the one purchased and the seller issued a PROMPT TOTAL REFUND WITHIN MINUTES of being notified by email. I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in how this matter was handled and would certainly be very happy to deal again with such a total customer satisfaction solution being instantly offered.     So the hard drive I ordered arrived not working but I don’t feel it was the sellers fault. It was packed well and looked exactly how it did in the auction. Something in the inside of the hard drive got knocked loose. The hard drive is 20+ years old so it’s not surprising. The seller sent a a full refund in a timely manner with no drama or nonsense. Would definitely buy from again.
